We want to inform you about upcoming service adjustments for the Thanksgiving holiday period.

To accommodate the anticipated increase in travel demand, we will operate on a special holiday schedule that includes additional train service and increased capacity on our CTrail Hartford Line trains. All trains will run with 4-car sets to provide greater comfort for our passengers.

Here’s a quick look at our Thanksgiving week service:

Tuesday, November 26 and Wednesday, November 27

Important travel information

• Traveling on Amtrak: Most Amtrak trains are projected to sell out and will not accept CTrail tickets. If you plan to travel on an Amtrak train, purchase your tickets in advance through Amtrak.com, the Amtrak app, or an Amtrak ticket agent.
• Connecting to another service: If you are connecting to another service, you should check with that operator, as they may have a modified holiday schedule.
• Trip planning: Please note that third-party trip planning services may not reflect our most recent schedule updates. Always plan your travel using the official CTrail Hartford Line website at HartfordLine.com.
