New Schedule Effective May 28th
We would like to inform you about an upcoming CTrail Hartford Line schedule adjustment, effective from Tuesday, May 28, 2024, through Friday, November 1, 2024. During this period, busing for select CTrail Hartford Line and Amtrak weekday trains will be necessary to support the following projects:
- Windsor Locks Station Project – Replacing the existing station with a new one featuring high-level platforms, new lighting fixtures, and ADA-accessible features.
- Track Improvement Project – Installation of new interlockings and maintaining existing grade crossings with additional safety features.
These projects will enhance passenger accessibility, increase train speed and capacity, and improve highway-grade crossings.
NOTE: Weekend train services will remain unaffected.
Please be advised that train fares will apply to these substitute buses, and passengers will need to purchase a valid CTrail Hartford Line or Amtrak ticket to board. Signs at the stations will guide passengers to the designated bus pick-up and drop-off locations.
