April 25 Schedule Update – Amtrak Service Returns
On Monday, April 25th, certain Amtrak Hartford Line trips between Springfield and New Haven are returning and will provide faster and more reliable service along the Hartford Line! The previous operational limitations and supply chain issues that led to the bus substitutions and other service adjustments within the Amtrak system have now been resolved.

The requirement of wearing a mask on public transportation has been lifted and will no longer be enforced on Hartford Line and Shore Line East services and facilities in Connecticut. Per current CDC guidelines, wearing a mask is strongly encouraged. Customers who feel sick should not use public transportation.
