Accomodations for Hartford Elevator Outage
The elevator at Hartford Union Station is still out of service. While our maintenance team works to fix the issue, ADA-compliant buses will provide service starting on Monday, February 13th, for customers who require assistance and may have difficulty navigating the stairways. Busing details can be found below:
Departing from Hartford Union Station
- Customers will board a bus at Hartford Union Station and take it to either Berlin or Windsor station to board their train.
- Customers should arrive at Hartford Union Station at least 45 minutes before the train’s scheduled departure time.
Arriving at Hartford Union Station
- Customers whose end destination is Hartford Union Station will deboard their train at either Berlin or Windsor station and transfer to a bus. The bus will then take them to Hartford Union Station.
Bus Operating Hours:
- Weekday (M-F): 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Weekend (Sat & Sun): 7:30 AM – 11:00 PM
