Weekend Schedule Adjustment
A temporary weekend schedule will go into effect on Saturday, January 7, 2023, with adjusted travel times on several Amtrak Hartford Line trains due to work on the Hell Gate Bridge in New York. The work is to support the Penn Station Access project that will allow Metro-North Railroad to operate New Haven Line trains into Penn Station in the future.
The following Amtrak Hartford Line trains will be affected:

Amtrak 140 (Sat-Sun) – Departs New Haven 10 minutes later.

Amtrak 432 (Sunday) – Departs New Haven 5 minutes later

Amtrak 497 (Sunday) – Departs Springfield 15 minutes earlier.
