CTrail e-Tix App Outage
We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing technical difficulties using the CTrail eTix app, and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, passengers can purchase tickets in the following ways:
- At any ticket vending machine available at all of the CTrail Hartford Line stations.
- Onboard CTrail Hartford Line trains with cash or credit/debit card.
NOTE: Passengers traveling on CTrail Amtrak trains can purchase tickets through Amtrak.com, the Amtrak app, or a ticket vending machine.
