Hartford Line Bus Substitution September 5 – 8
Upcoming Amtrak construction work will impact CTrail Hartford Line and Amtrak Hartford Line service from Friday, September 5, through early morning Monday, September 8. This vital infrastructure work will help maintain and improve service reliability along the corridor.
What riders need to know:
Friday, September 5:
- Amtrak Hartford Line trains 148 and 136 will be replaced by buses for the entire route.
Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7:
- All CTrail Hartford Line trains between Hartford and Springfield will be replaced by buses.
- All Amtrak Hartford Line trains between New Haven and Springfield will also be replaced by buses.
Monday, September 8:
- Amtrak Hartford Line trains 141 and 125 will be replaced by buses for the full route.
Please note: Buses will stop at all scheduled stations. Travel times may vary due to traffic and road conditions.
